This photo was taken at my 4th floor office lift lobby. I think I took this shot to explain to @justinparke regarding 4 associate to death in Chinese. Most if not all Chinese dialects pronounce 死(the word death written in Chinese character) the same as 四(4 written in Chinese character). I'm not just saying this, this shit even hit Bloomberg.
Here's the second part of the story. 4 is also good for the Malay. Because 4 in Malay written as Empat, it also rhyme with Dapat(received, or get it). But ofcourse, ti's a big argument in the local community when the superstitious Chinese would spent hundreds of thousands just get a good number for them, whilst the other number with 4, is less competitive because there's absolutely no Chinese like that number.
There's a lot more going on with the story of 4 in this multi-racial and multi-cultural country. 4 can be "A" if you read the above picture of that BMW. 4 can also be read as a person sitting there crossing their legs, like they're already rich enough got nothing better to do. There's a lot more good thing about 4 than we choose to superstitiously to avoid that.
Other than showing you how crazily Malaysian obsesses with numbers, I would also like to report to you my diet program has a good progress for that 1 day. I was busy at the office, I did not entertain even 1 client. There's so many calls and I don't even wanna go out with my other colleague. By tht time I looked at my watch, I was way passed lunch hour. So I head to the cafeteria and quickly grab something to eat. A huge portion of vegetable and a slice of curry fish. I know those rice cracker is not going to do any good for my diet, but I just need to have it so the rice wont feel so dull.
Dinner was a cup fo protein shale, and a slice of air fried salmon prepared by home minister. It's seldom happen to be like this, and I believe that day I can easily lose weight like 2lb. Well, wait for it, I got a crazy day with at least 20 photographs to share in a single day, and trust me those are food related.
