Make Hive an easier platform to use - my suggestions to Hive Developers

I know that most of you have faced the hard way of Signing up on hive, everytime I bring a new friend on hive, I have to ask them to do too many things until they are signed up( tonight it took me 1 hour to make a friend understand and sign up) , first of all, the sign up is not working on hive, the free sign up is not working and it always shows an error which says we dont have service for new user sign up, but I didnt tried the other ways which user should pay for sign up. But anyway, people rather sign up on free platforms, so I guess Hive team should do something about this. I ask them to use 3speak for free sign up on hive but then new users will have zero power which it means they cant comment or post,and when they are not able to answer people on hive, people might think that they are not answering them but they are not able to answer.

Some weeks ago I was talking with a friend from Germany, she was an old woman like 69 years old, but she knew how to sign up on normal platforms (her brain works way better than too many people), I was trying to help her sign up here and communicate with people like herself (those who fight for freedom) but unfortunately she said she cant understand these things, so what do we have here? A complex platform which needs some work on it to become easier to use for all the people.

When I bring new users on Hive, they think any hashtags works but well it wont work, only popular hashtags will be seen, then they also need to learn communities, I suggest you to put everything in the new user's profile page, so they can see what they have to do. Or write a tutorial in different languages and show it in user's first page (instead of a line which wrote there is no post here on their profile), so if a person does not understand English still can find out what is going on in here.
