I would like to share with you my daily report. These are my Yesterday Daily activities, on November 3, 2022.

In the morning I prepared digital material, read some pages of a book and passed by the bread shop. I had lunch at home and prepared material, before walking in the surroundings. Then I completed the "Crossing of Frigido" and taking some shots before returning home. I trained my self with some simple exercises, had a shower, dinner, and went to bed after greeting grandma by phone. I saw the first real good rain of the season.

WAR CHRONICLES

After more than two years and the end of the Sars-cov2 warning period, the situation in Italy remains under check. Since the last part of the spring, the media talked about a new variant, renamed as Omicron BA.5. You can find more info about the past in my Actifit posts up to 23 June (FOLLOW THIS LINK to read them). The pandemic situation in the world continues. The new government said that the statistics about the Sars-cov2 situation in Italy will be published once a week. Below, the numbers after the publication on 3rd November.

New cases: 110988

Ending February, media talked about a big crisis between Russian Federation and Ukraine: the italian government proclaimed a state of humanitarian emergency. Media showed some bad aftermaths of military operations in Ukraine. The media talk about sanctions taken against Russia, trying to obtain a ceasefire. They said that the situation has led to increases in the price of various energy sources and some partial or total stop to the trades in many areas around the world. I saw the variation of many prices also in the area where I live in. Luckily, some government interventions have temporarily attenuated the price growth. During summer, journalists talked about a growing drought in many Italy's areas.

Mi piacerebbe condividere con voi il mio report giornaliero. Queste sono le mie attività per la giornata di ieri, 3 Novembre 2022.

In mattinata ho preparato del materiale, ho letto qualche pagina di un libro e sono passato in panetteria. Pranzo a casa, poi ho preparato del materiale e passeggiato nei dintorni. Ho effettuato la "Traversata del Frigido" e scattato alcune foto prima di tornare a casa. Mi sono allenato con qualche semplice esercizio, ho fatto una doccia, ho cenato, e sono andato a letto dopo aver salutato nonna attraverso il telefono. Ho visto la prima vera buona pioggia della stagione.
