I talked a little bit already about “Rock Cairns”in a previous post. They can be described as markers used in the wild outdoors to tell or direct travellers which direction to go or not to go. But it seems like this “stacking of rocks” has turned into a favourite past time of hikers, and more then likely kids of hikers. I think this could be a hot button topic amongst hikers. Some say it is harmless fun, others may think that it is playing with legit navigational tools. What say you?
