On the way to Silver Spring lakes last year, we had to cross the gorgeous Elk river. It is there I saw some leaning shoreline trees. I love the way they lean toward or seemingly bow toward the river. I suppose this is do to the seasonal rise and fall of the water, year after year, decade after decade, century after century..nature’s ebbs and flows. I contrast these leaning trees with a photo of some nice tall straight trees, from the previous day’s hike. Thanks for stopping by.
