On March 23, the Maharashtra government had issued a notification, imposing a ban on the manufacturing, use, sale, distribution and storage of all plastic materials LIKE:
- one-time-use bags.
- spoons.
- plates,
- PET
- PETE bottles
- and also thermocol items.
