Hi friends! Today I will talk about a fascinating but dangerous phenomenon that I saw in the Yasnysky quarry, which I wrote about earlier. In this post, I will explain in more detail "Why sand cleaning areas are prohibited." In general, it is officially forbidden to swim in this quarry! But people have been bathing there for many years. My mother @ olga.maslievich said that she swam there for the first time 30 years ago and during all that time there were several lakes, which are such that they no longer extract sand, but there is an area where they "wash" the sand. And it turns out we came to just such an area. It was a warm cozy evening and my mother thought that the work on cleaning the sand was completed. After we walked on a small river formed by flying sand rocks, I saw large sand mountains.

@olga.maslievich розповідала, що вона купалась там вперше 30 років тому і за весь той час там виникло декілька озер, які є такі, що там вже не добувають пісок, але є зона де "миють" пісок. І виявляється ми прийшли саме в таку зону. Був теплий літній вечір і мама думала, що роботи по очищенню піску завершені. Після того, як ми погуляли на маленькій річці, які утворила летючі пісчані скелі, я побачила великі пісчані гори.
We climbed on them and saw a huge plain of snowy sand. And I have seen a big pipe, which was sticking out of the sand. Mom explained that the water flows through the pipe from the depth of the lake, and then the water again returns to the lake, and the sand remains and forms this snow-vallene valley. It looks exciting. On the sand so nice to sit and warm in the sun :) And here we walked along it on white sand, and other people were also here and did photography when we heard suddenly behind a strong sound, as if the explosion!
Ми піднялись на них і побачили величезну рівнину білосніжного піску. Це виглядало захоплююче! Величезна рівна долина білосніжного піску була така рівна, наче каток. А вдалині я побачила зігнуту трубу, яка стирчала з піску. Мама пояснила, що саме крізь цю трубу витікає вода з піском з глибини озера, а потім вода знову повертається в озеро, а пісок залишається і утворює цю білосніжну долину. Це виглядає захоплююче. На пісочку так приємно сидіти і грітись на сонці :) І ось ми прогулювались по цьому білому піску, і інші люди теж тут були і робили фото, коли ми почули раптом позаду сильний звук, наче вибух!
Imagine - it's sand with water from this pipe was watered with a powerful stream on the sandy plain! How lucky I was that I went for a walk in the opposite direction from the pipe and managed to climb the sandy mountain faster than this stormy sandy river reached me! Уявіть собі - це вистрілив пісок разом з водою з цієї труби і поливися потужним потоком на пісчану рівнину! Як же мені пощастило, що я пішла гуляти в протилежну сторону від труби і встигла піднятись знову на піщану гору швидше ніж, ця бурхлива піщана ріка добралась до мене!
