Imagine a world without ladies,ugh, what a world it would be. I'm a lady, and I'm proud to be a lady.
I'm strong, resilient, beautiful,full of energy,I stand tall and I take my place in society.
I was once a little girl,bare , but then like a flower I bloom,I spread out,I pour out fragrance, I beautify all that's around me.
From the crown of my head to soles of my feet I scream a masterpiece, I'm my Creator's favourite art. I build on everything, even the very sands which I walk on,I multiply,I give out, even more than what I've been given.
I bring life,I protect,I bring warmth,I bring assurance.
I love with all my heart,I'm tender,a weaker vessel I am called but then it's just body build and emotions that I can't control sometimes, I might be weak, but my heart holds strength. Strength for when I need it most.
I cry when I'm happy,cry when I'm sad,cry when he says he loves me,I cry when I hold my baby in my arms,I cry when my child is ill,I cry when my husband tries to be strong,I cry but then I'm strong,I bear the most burdens,I'm a mother,a sister,an aunt,a lot of things,a nurse,a teacher,a builder,a lover,a cook,a caretaker.
Sometimes my existence is underrated, but then I chose to still exist,I can never go extinct, what would happen to the human race,tragedy.
I can achieve whatever I want,I reach for the Stars,I am light and I shine, me being a woman shouldn't be my pain but my sanctuary, my safe place.
People will keep looking up to me and I'll keep being strong because the world needs me.
