Why are there so many foreigners in Mactan, Cebu?
That's the question came up into my mind when I went in Mactan.
February 22, 2018 I arrived in Cebu. I saw many foreigners inside the airport "actually not just in the airport but everywhere".
In my mind are they here for an adventure? To visit their relatives 'if they have one'? Or to Invest and became a Business man or shareholder here on Cebu. So many reasons but I have one answer that I am sure of! They went here for an Adventure. Like me I just visited Cebu for the very First time just to see how beautiful the Cebu is, there are many tourist spots that you can enjoy with and also you can gain friends coming from different places.
