After arriving back at the apartment, i decided to go straight out for a run, before 1. It got too warm, and 2. I got too comfortable on the sofa.
I had preplanned several running routes around Carlisle, but decided today that i should just repeat the same route i did on tuesday. Really warm out there now, and I've arrived back soaked in sweat, but im glad i got it done. And at least it help make up for all the treats earlier today! ๐
