El día de hoy me he levantado enérgica. Asi que decidí comenzar el día con este rico desayuno. Para realizar estos pasteles usé lo siguiente:

Ingredientes
• Harina de trigo (medio kilo).
• 1 huevo.
• Polvo de hornear (una pizca).
• Papas.
• Queso.
• Sal y azucar.

Preparación
En una tasa grande añande la harina y el huevo, en medio vaso de agua disuelve una cuchara pequeña de azúcar y media cucharada pequeña de sal junto con la pizca de polvo ñara hornear, de apoco vas vertiendo el agua y amasando los ingredientes hasta crear una masa homogénea (si ves que le falta un poco de agua puedes añadirle un poco más, con cuidado de no pasarte, evitemos accidentes); ya lista la masa la dejamos reposar por 1 hora o 2. ( En un blog anterior explique como hacer la masa si no tienes en el momento algúnos ingredientes). Está masa la puedes rellenar también con carne es mechada, mojito, queso, jamón, también puedes hacer pizza con ella.

Ya lista la masa procedí a hacer el pure de papa y queso, para esto en una olla con agua monte a cocinar 3 papas unos 15 a 20 min. Ya blandas las papas solo queda aplastarlas añadir el queso y un poco de matequilla (opcional).

Para el siguiente paso, con ayuda de un rodillo, estira la masa (No olvides añadir harinaal meson y al rodillo para que no se pegue la masa), estiras y dejas del grosor que desees, yo personalmente la dejo un poco delgada. Para hacer la figura utilicé un vaso normal, si tienes cortador en casa mucho mejor. Ya estirada y cortada, añades en el centro del circulo el puré de papas, antes de sellar el pastel con la siguiente capa no olvides pasarle un poco de agua por el borde para que al momento de freir no se habran. Todo listo solo queda freir esta maravilla. Y a disfrutarrr 🤤💃
