This bread is commonly eaten in Venezuela.

I'll tell you that I learned to make it at school since we have a subject called "Gastronomy" so I'm going to tell you a little of what I learned.

Preparation.
As a first step it is important to weigh all the ingredients and sift the flour. Then in a bowl add the flour, sugar, butter, salt, half of the water, stir and finally add the yeast. Start to integrate all the ingredients and add the rest of the water little by little, until you get a compact ball.

Cover with a damp cloth or plastic wrap and place in a warm area, such as the oven off. Let it stand for one hour if you live in an area of 30 °C or higher. In colder places, it should rest for an hour and a half to two hours.
Ideally, it should double in size and take on a fluffy, airy appearance.
Divide the dough into two parts. It is best to weigh the entire dough and divide the total number by two. The purpose is that all the savory breads weigh the same. In Venezuela, the dough for a loaf can be between 180 and 250 grams.
Flatten a little and stretch the edges of the dough and bring them to the center of the dough. By doing this repeatedly, you will form small balls that will be round and soft on the bottom and will have, on the top, a kind of seam, turn them over and roll each one separately. Let them rest for about 15 minutes.
Take each ball separately and gently flatten each one so that it takes an elongated shape. Use the rolling pin to form a strip the size of the tray, but don't leave it too thin across the width.
Roll the dough on one side. It is important not to press too tightly as you roll it or leave it too loose, and press gently along the edge so that it does not open. Pay attention because the joint of the dough should be at the bottom when forming your breads.lengthen the cylinder a little more with a back and forth movement of your fingers against the table. The idea is to repeat the movement that children do when forming clay worms. Always do it gently but firmly. When you have formed your four bobbins, make three or four diagonal cuts with a blade or a very sharp knife. The cuts should not be too deep, but not too shallow either.
In a greased baking pan, let the loaves rise for about an hour or until they double in size. Preheat the oven to about 200 °C and wait for it to heat up very well. Bake for about 35 minutes on the rack in the middle of the oven, when they take their characteristic golden color, remove the bread from the oven and let it cool a little.
