Abovephoto of sweet and delicious desserts is given to us by some of our friends all the way from the province of Masbate. It is called "Maja Blanca," or also known as coconut pudding since it is primarily made from coconut milk plus corn kernels on it and latik as toppings. This kind of dessert is usually present during Fiestas, Christmas, Birthdays, New Years and other similar occasions. If you taste a portion of it, makes you comeback and ask for more of these dessert called maja. Have you tried it already?
