I’m back in the community with a new book—well, it’s not actually mine; it’s one I bought a while ago at a garage sale and gave to my mom.
It’s the classic story of Heidi. While the anime version is probably better known, it was originally a book, and the edition I’m showing you today is high quality.
It’s a hardcover, illustrated edition sold through a book club—I assume it was originally sold via subscription back in the day.
It’s in excellent condition; I bought it for $2 and gave it to my mom because she really loves the story, and it’s now part of her book collection.
I don't know how rare this book might be, but you can certainly find it at garage sales—just like I did. If you come across it, buy it; it's a lovely book and, obviously, a literary classic.
Anyway, that wraps up this post. It’s not really a review, since everyone knows the story; it’s mostly just a chance to show off this lovely book of my mom's.
