Feliz día, amigos de @holos-lotus. Hoy con la invitación al programa Tertulia en Holos, un espacio creado desde la comunidad para conversar sobre algunos de los temas propuestos a través de las iniciativas que, semana a semana, se presentan en la comunidad.

Tertulia en Holos es una excelente oportunidad para intercambiar ideas, conocimientos, experiencias, anécdotas con el fin último de fortalecernos en estrategias que nos conduzcan a un mayor bienestar integral.

Happy day, friends of @holos-lotus. Today with the invitation to the program "Tertulia en Holos", a space created from the community to talk about some of the topics proposed through the initiatives, which week after week, are presented in the community.

Tertulia en Holos is an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas, knowledge, experiences, anecdotes with the ultimate goal of strengthening strategies that lead us to a greater integral wellbeing.

En este cuarto encuentro, los moderadores del podcast @irvinc y yo, escogimos una sola temática, pues la misma es como para sentarse a conversar largamente como nos gusta, relajados con los amigos contando esas anécdotas de vida donde han estado presente, aun en ausencia, personas significativas que nos han legado parte de sus maneras, talante, creencias y en muchos sentidos hasta la forma de percibir el mundo, nuestros ancestros.

In this fourth meeting, the moderators of the podcast @irvinc and I, chose a single theme, because it is like to sit and talk at length as we like, relaxed with friends telling those anecdotes of life where they have been present, even in absence, significant people who have left us part of their ways, mood, beliefs and in many ways even the way of perceiving the world, our ancestors.
