So we are at a record high for the Hive Debt and its now dancing around the 20%.
At 20% the soft limit is breached and authors can start reciving small amount of liquid HIVE as rewards instead of HBD. Between 20% and 30% the author rewards are a mix from HP, liquid HIVE and HBD. At 30% the HBD rewards stops and rewards are HIVE only.
These mechanics are put in place to stop overprining HBD, but as we know, HBD is printed via DHF payouts and interest on savings, and those are not coded, but are subject to voting.
