2021, there is a lot to talk about 🗣
Recently I was tagged by a fellow Hive blogger named @emuse. If you aren't already following this creative gal, you need to get over to her page ASAP. She is the lovely and amazing girlfriend of my dude
@pusen. That right there is another fellow that you would be a fool not to follow. The guy has been around Hive for almost a year now and has done nothing but great things here. I am so proud of both of them for not only getting active on Hive but also setting the bar high for other new users who decide to join.
I love when I get invited to participate in fun challenges like this one: @emuse/challenge-lets-sum-up-this-year-and-get-to-know-each-other
I have an endless list of ideas for new things to post, but I am always happy to be included in a group effort. It not only is fun to join in on an activity, but it also helps me know exactly what to focus on for one of my daily posts. Once I was invited to participate in this latest challenge, I set it on my to-do list and here we are now with my entry.
The challenge is 👩💻

My response 👨🏻💻
This blogging challenge seems easy enough, right? The thing is, so much has happened for me during the last month and all of 2021. I have had many amazing things occur and it will take me quite a while to list everything. I will focus on the things that stick out the most to me in my mind.
What have you done in November?
In November I finally quit my job of 8+ years. It finally happened and I couldn't be happier. I have near unlimited time to create now and it is the best feeling ever. I also have been going to the gym consistently all throughout November. Blogging daily is part of my routine as it has been for the last 4 years, but now I can two triple the amount as usual and have upped my quality to all-time highs.
What are your plans for December and the new year?
During December I aim to keep up this new pace with my blogging. I will not be slowing down one bit, if anything I will pick up speed even more now that I am growing used to not having to go to work at a place that I loathe daily. I will also be spending a lot of time with my family during this last month of 2021. My brother is coming to visit towards the end of the month and I will get to chill with him a lot while he is here I'm sure. My parents live only 15 minutes from me, so regular visits with them are definite. I will be continuing my dedication to fitness as well, I have no excuse not to anymore.
How's 2021 treated you so far?
2021 has been tremendously giving to me. I have so much to be thankful for, such as my relationship with @flowerbaby that is now going well over a year strong. We will officially be together for 2 years on April 4th. This is the best I have felt about my life in years!
When will I get my next tattoo?
This is a pretty difficult question for me to answer. I haven't gotten a new tattoo since 2016! That is absolutely nuts for me to admit, considering I was getting one every other month from the age of 18-24. I of course would love to be covered in even more tattoos than I already am, but I just haven't felt pressed to go get new ones. I love the tattoos that I already have on my body and I get to see @flowerbaby get new tattoos pretty frequently. I guess for now I am still okay with what I have, but surely one day I'll start getting them again.
Do you think Hive will continue to grow?
The answer to this one is a definite yes. I feel like Hive is going to continue to expand across the world. We have so many awesome sub-communities within the main Hive community. I am constantly seeing new people and old faces never seem to disappear. I imagine that Hive will become easier to get involved with as time goes along. There are so many determined builders here with us on Hive that I know refuse to lose. I am here for the long haul and it is going to be very interesting to see where we are this time next year.
Thanks
@emuse
I am glad that I was invited to participate in this challenge. It was a lot of fun to lay out some of the ideas in my mind and also recap a lot of what has happened during 2021 for me. Many could say that this year and last year were some of the worst years of their lives. I refuse to ever say something like that. Despite the adversity thrown at me, I continue down the path of a positive outlook.
