Slow stg reart to the day today. Picked up in the mid afternoon a bit. Thunder at four o clock and a heavy down pour of rain. More steps but I took a lift home.

Got the steps up today, looked doubtful for a while.still made it.so not a bad day overall. tomorrow should be easier to keep up the pace. One foot in front of the other.
