Great day out there today. Sun is beaming down. Got some out door walking done today too. I think the heat slowed the pace a bit though too. But it was a nice walk.
Feels like summer is here then you feel the Cold in the wind.
Lot of lifting today. Nothing heavy though. Feels like I was on my feet all day today. I wasn't just felt that way.
