After reading the proposal I decided on number 2.
"Weekend in solitude".
I have always thought what would become of me if I could choose a weekend completely alone, away from everyday life and definitely, I would take a plane flight directly to another country, a country where I can meet people I miss and would like to hug again.
On Friday I would run out of work straight to the airline to buy a round trip ticket in the front row, with a window view to my destination city, which could be Spain, Lima or Colombia, they are my 3 destinations and whichever one there is a ticket I would go without thinking twice? So this first opportunity I chose to go to Colombia exactly Medellin.
On Friday afternoon I would go to the hairdresser's to get ready for this weekend trip and when I got home I would pack a suitcase with the basic things that a woman's suitcase should have:
After having secured the ticket and my suitcase, the ticket that was available and that was my destination for this weekend was definitely Colombia.
Because it is according to my budget, the weekend seems long but it flies by and Colombia is closer to Venezuela.
Besides that, it has wonderful food, drinks and places to visit and besides all that, it has something extremely important and that is the hugs from my younger sister who has been there for 4 years and we have not been able to meet again. Going out to eat a sweet, have a few cold beers or a mojito as she likes. It would be ideal for this weekend.
But when you miss the embrace of your loved ones, loneliness makes you run to destinations or people that are far from your reach.
