Caramba Restaurant - Whistler

First time trying out Caramba Restaurant in Whistler! And seriously, every bite was amazing. They had this great deal that let us get 3 appies for $20 then a glass of wine w a main ( we got the amazing pizza in pic #4 ).

APPETIZERS
Caramba Chop Salad : fresh, light, and flavourful. Everything you’d want from a starter salad 🌱 Sautéed Garlic Shrimp: tastes like classic garlic prawns. Not too unique but perfect if that’s what you’re hungry for. 🍤

Calamari A La Plancha: SO GOOD. I liked that they weren’t deep fried and the dip with it was perfect. Next time thinking of making them 2/3 of the appetizers I order🤤

MAIN
Pizza Truffle Fungi: Cheesy, creamy, and loaded with mushrooms. We debated ordering another one after the first few bites but this pizza was also really filling so we held off. Definitely recommend.

DESSERT
Selection of Lucia Gelato’s & Sorbets: Good ice cream but nothing too crazy. Because it costs the same as the other desserts I think im going to go for something else next time.
