Un nuevo corte de cabello para mí abuela //A new haircut for my grandmother

Hola amigos espero se encuentren súper bien me encanta estar aquí en esta comunidad por primera vez y que mejor manera que para mostrarle el nuevo corte de cabello que le realice a mi bella abuela , les cuento yo no soy profesional de la peluquería pero cuando llegó la pandemia tenía mucho miedo de exponer a mi abuela a lugares muy concurridos ya que ella es de la tercera edad y sufre una condición cardíaca lo que la hacia entrar en el grupo de alto riesgo , por todo eso yo me dispuse aprender un poco como cortar el cabello corto con algo que fuera fácil y básico, me compré una máquina de cortar cabello y unos peines y también un par de tijeras y lo demás fue ver algunos tutoriales básicos en la plataforma de Youtube, la primera vez que lo intente me dio mucho miedo pues nunca había cortado el cabello de una persona hago hincapié en decir persona ya que soy peluquera canina de profesión pero no tiene nada que ver la peluquería canina con la de seres humanos lo que me daba una ventaja era que se manejar la máquina de afeitar y las tijeras , lo demás me tocó ir con ensayó y error pero lo importante es que hasta el día de hoy soy yo la que sigue cortando el cabello de mi abuela y también corto mi propio cabello que por cierto espero pronto darle unos pequeños consejos para cortar nuestro cabello sin ayuda .

I love being here in this community for the first time and what better way than to show you the new haircut that I gave my beautiful grandmother, I am not a professional hairdresser but when the pandemic I was very afraid of exposing my grandmother to crowded places since she is elderly and suffers from a heart condition which put her in the high risk group, for all this I decided to learn a little how to cut the short hair with something that was easy and basic, I bought myself a hair clipper and some combs and also a pair of scissors and the rest was watching some basic tutorials on the Youtube platform, the first time I tried it I was very scared Well, I had never cut a person's hair. I emphasize saying person since I am a dog groomer by profession, but dog grooming has nothing to do with that of human beings, which gave me an advantage. It was that I knew how to handle the razor and scissors, the rest I had to go with trial and error but the important thing is that to this day I am the one who continues to cut my grandmother's hair and I also cut my own hair that for True, I hope soon to give you a few tips to cut our hair without help.

Como podrán ver en la imagen mi abuela tenía aproximadamente 3 meses sin cortar su cabello esto debido a que a estado un poco mal de salud y estuvo un tiempo en el hospital y luego en casa sin poder caminar mucho , generalmente retoco su corte una vez al mes pero está ocasión no se pudo lo que hizo que creciera bastante.

As you can see in the image, my grandmother hadn't cut her hair for about 3 months, this is because she was in a bit of poor health and was in the hospital for a while and then at home without being able to walk much. I generally touch up her cut once a month but this time it was not possible, which made it grow a lot.

Primero que hago es trabajar los laterales del cabello con el cabello seco pues la máquina nunca debe usarse con el cabello mojado , utilice un peine de 3mm lo que le da la altura que mi abuela y yo siempre hacemos , paso la máquina por los laterales y la parte trasera y asegurarme de no tocar la parte superior de la cabellera pues esta parte la trabajo muy bien con las tijeras.

The first thing I do is work the sides of the hair with dry hair because the machine should never be used with wet hair, I use a 3mm comb which gives it the height that my grandmother and I always do, I pass the machine through the sides and the back and make sure not to touch the upper part of the hair because I work very well with the scissors.

Una vez cortamos los laterales ya dejó es uso de la máquina y me voy con las tijeras que son las que me permiten perfilar y darle moviendo al cabello , comienzo humedeciendo el cabello y perfiló las orillas peinando un poco y cortando con las tijeras los excedentes.
Luego paso a la parte superior del cabello que hago un degradé desde la parte de atrás hasta la parte delantera, comienzo por el final dividiendo el cabello y dejando solo un dedo de largo y corto , hago esto hasta la mitad y luego dejo dos dedos de cabello lo que hace que se vea un poco más corto atrás y con más movimiento en la parte de adelante.

Once we cut the sides, he stopped using the machine and I go with the scissors, which are the ones that allow me to outline and give the hair movement, I start by moistening the hair and outlined the edges, combing a little and cutting the excess with scissors.
Then I move to the top of the hair that I fade from the back to the front, I start at the end by parting the hair and leaving just a finger long and short, I do this to the middle and then leave two fingers long. hair which makes it look a little shorter in the back and with more movement in the front.

Terminamos secando el cabello con ayuda de un secador para darle forma y ver si nos queda algún cabello fuera de lugar y si es el caso podemos retocar con la tijera.

We end up drying the hair with the help of a dryer to shape it and see if we have any hair out of place and if that is the case we can touch up with scissors.

Y así fue el resultado del corte de cabello que le realizó a mi abuela antes le hacía uno diferente pero este año hemos optado por este nuevo look que nos gusta bastante y es bien fácil de peinar y verse muy linda y elegante.

And that was the result of the haircut that she gave my grandmother before, she gave her a different one but this year we have opted for this new look that we like a lot and it is very easy to style and looks very pretty and elegant.
