Hola amigos feliz tarde a todos espero se encuentren super bien , paso por acá a contarles un poco lo que sucedió hace dos semanas; pues yo salí del trabajo y a eso de las 5:30 pm me bajo en la urbanización en la cual yo vivo y voy tranquila caminando como siempre Pero en un momento logro ver en medio de la carretera un gatito muy pequeño en pésimas condiciones, en ese momento me detengo y el cuando me vio se puso a maullar estuve revisando a los alrededores a ver si encontraba a su mama o si había más gatitos cabe destacar que está muy pequeño debe tener un mes de nacido , la verdad no ví más gatitos ni una gata que pudiera ser su mamá, yo no tuve corazón para dejarlo ahí tirado pues sabia que si no hacía algo el iba a morir pronto, tome la decisión de llevarlo conmigo sabiendo que vivo alquilada y que tengo otros tres gatos y dos perros esperandome en casa .
Hi friends, happy afternoon to everyone—I hope you’re all doing great. I wanted to stop by and share a little about what happened two weeks ago. I had just left work and got off the bus at my neighborhood around 5:30 PM; I was walking along calmly, as usual, when I spotted a tiny kitten in terrible condition right in the middle of the road. I stopped, and as soon as he saw me, he started meowing. I looked around to see if I could find his mother or any other kittens—he was incredibly small, probably only a month old—but I didn't see any other kittens or a mother cat. I didn't have the heart to leave him there, knowing that if I didn't do something, he would soon die. I decided to take him home with me, even though I’m a renter and already have three cats and two dogs waiting for me there.
Al llegar a casa lo primero que hice fue darle de comer el pobre estaba bastante mal , no te alimento para gatos pequeños el alimento que tenía era muy grande para el pues este aún no tenía sus dientes completos , le di un poco de sopa de pollo se que no era la mejor opción Pero tenía que resolver algo , se comió todo le di agua y tomo bastante, luego con unas toallitas húmedas lo estuve limpiando estaba lleno de grasa y mugre y también le saque algunas pulgas y una garrapata, como mis gatos no lo querían ver tuve que colocarle una sábana en una jaula para que pasara su noche ahí , se quedó super dormido y tranquilo.
When I got home, the first thing I did was feed him; the poor thing was in pretty bad shape. I didn't have food for kittens—the food I had was too big for him since he didn't have all his teeth yet—so I gave him a little chicken soup; I know it wasn't the best option, but I had to come up with something. He ate it all and drank plenty of water. Then, I cleaned him up with wet wipes—he was covered in grease and grime—and removed a few fleas and a tick. Since my own cats didn't want anything to do with him, I had to set up a cage with a sheet inside so he could spend the night there; he fell fast asleep and was very calm.
Al día siguiente salí a comprar alimento para gatitos pequeños ya que yo trabajo mucho y es esencial tener esto en casa , también llegue a bañarlo pues era necesario estaba demasiado sucio y lleno de grasa , le compré un desparasitante y ya empecé a integrarlo con la manada , le coloque de nombre Benito aunque la idea es buscarle un hogar ya que yo vivo en un espacio muy pequeño, ya Benito esta de mejor ánimos juega , come tres veces al día y ya se lleva bien con mis otros gatos y mis perros , no me quiero imaginar que siendo un bebé ya pasó por demasiadas cosas y ahorita solo quiero que gane peso y este feliz y tranquilo.
The next day, I went out to buy food for young kittens—since I work a lot, having that at home is essential. I also gave him a bath, as it was necessary; he was incredibly dirty and covered in grease. I bought him a dewormer and have started introducing him to the rest of the pack. I named him Benito, though the plan is to find him a home since I live in a very small space. Benito is in much better spirits now; he plays, eats three times a day, and gets along well with my other cats and dogs. It’s hard to imagine everything he’s already been through as such a tiny baby; right now, I just want him to gain weight and be happy and at ease.
