Hey Steemit friends! In this post I am going to show you some of the things to see in the city of Stara Zagora. It is famous for its beer here in Bulgaria ( Zagorka), but it has also many thing to offer for the tourists. One of the most popular places is the monument of the Guardians of the city. It is a soviet monument and it represents soldiers who are protecting the town from bad guys.
It also has a very old Roman Amphitheatre, in which nowadays there are many musical and theatral events. The town is a nice destination also for its mineral springs in the area, which have medical effect for many problems.
