Today I had a short day working at the freezer job and since I had a bit of a ruff night lastnight being locked out today I tried to take it a bit easy. With so much extra time after work Jerry and I headed out for a decent walk around The Gorge Waterway shooting for 20K steps before the end of the night. After a solid nights sleep, while getting a fresh cup of coffee, I speak a little about what I mean by "Set Your Mind". Curious to know what the message I am projecting means to me?
