Local Coin Shop Fractional Silver Find

If one is looking for fractional Silver, checkout out US Silver War Nickels, Five Cents. Their metal content is Copper 56%, Silver 35%, and Manganese 9%. With actual Silver content at 0.0563 troy ounces, it will take about 18 (17.76) to equal one Troy ounce of Silver.
Notice the P,D,S mint marks above Monticello, which is to ID the Silver. Some reports that the nickels were to be recalled after World War II, which never happened.
