Ordinary garden snail is a very common occurrence with us, but how do you really know about them and their exotic relatives?
Most of the hunters remove snails in various ways; manually or with pesticides, however, the latest research has shown that it is enough to take them only 20 feet from their garden and they will not be affected.
Teeth:
Maybe it does not look like that, but ordinary snail has teeth - and that's about 14,000!
length of life:
The snails live, depending on the type of species, from 5 to 25 years.
Movment:
Although, at first glance, it does not look like that, the snails move with one long muscle acting like a human extremity, and by which they are pushed on the surface.
Are they dangerous:
Most sea snails are poisonous, and most of the land is not. If you do not feel well after eating ground snails, that's probably because you did not properly prepare it.
Some of the sea snails are among the most endangered animals in the world.
There is about 240,000 species of snails.
My question to you have you ever seen a baby snail?
