Here we have a simple traditional dish made with lots of love by our new member Jeny. She loves good food, good music and adventures in the mountains. Give her a warm welcome.
A dessert is twice as delicious if you make it yourself. Especially when you make it with love. Homemade baked goods also create a special atmosphere in the house. Imagine how nice it is to eat this pockets on a cold winter day under a plaid blanket, with a tea/coffee/cocoa and your favorite book or your favorite movie. Perfect!

Vancouver in the Snow

From the depths of nature, dyptre this time leads to a downtown Vancouver covered in snow. There's something magical about neon lights and buildings while it's snowing outside - and the author has managed to capture that magic perfectly with these shots.
Vancouver rarely gets snow. In fact, in the almost 5 years I've lived here I've only experience snow about 6 times in the city. And when we do get snow, it last hours, maybe a day if you're lucky. But soon after it falls its usually warms up and the falling snow turns to rain - washing away what little stuck to the ground.

Blake is another star photographer who has recently joined the platform. His photos are some of the most impressive landscapes I've ever seen, with perfect usage of light, composition elements and nature's beautiful spots as subjects.
I picked up my first DSLR probably around 10 years ago but I have always had an interest in photography. I鈥檝e always been attracted to the idea that photography represents something tangible. When I see a beautiful photo of an incredible place it is something real to me. Somewhere I can actually go and see with my own eyes, something I can step in the middle of and immerse myself in.

Reena is a talented illustrator and cartoonist from Venezuela with many years of experience and her own manga creation called "Angel Guardian". You can see one of the pages in the post as well as the continuation of the background story.
The start of something new is always a great adventure. Do you remember the first day of school? We were so excited to get started, to start using the new notebooks and crayons!
We did not stop to think if the new knowledge of that year would be complicated, if we would get along well with the other classmates or if we would understand what the teachers would explain to us.

Sandymeyer and miraicastel had a great time riding the board. We've all seen surfers and skateboarders, but this combination of two is something new and interesting. If are don't have to opportunity to ride the waves, maybe get one of these surfs and take it outside. Winter landscape must have make the experience more enjoyable.
