Time has a way of stacking up, adding up. This is an ongoing thing that I have been doing that I will now show you. The above chest has something in it that has been amassing for some time, 2 years and 6 months. It's amazing how much every little bit adds up.
As people know I work in a hotel, these are all the tips and bits and pieces collected over that period of time. Prior to now I'd never counted it, instead I'd get home, take a coin from my pocket now and again and would toss it into the chest which would make the nicest of noises as metal hits metal. From doing a good job and generally keeping my eyes open it has grown nicely. How gratifying.
So finally it was time to count and it took a little while but still...
We got there in the end. $345.85 in so many years, feels good man, feels damn good. This will be revisited in the future and when it's completely full there are plans in store which will be shared when it eventuates.
