I’m a noodles lover, rice vs noodles, I’ll always choose the latter.
I bought one pack of instant noodles, haven’t try this flavour from the brand of mee sedap (which means delicious noodles in Malay).
This is a dried noodle, they called it as Korean spicy fried chicken noodles, which reminded me of the real Korean Samyang spicy fried chicken. The flavour of mee sedap, wasn’t too spicy, it was less spicy than Samyang noodles. Despite spicy, you can still have a taste of crunch, salty taste from the noodle. Compared with Samyang, you cant taste the salty, it is just way too spicy, it was intolerable for me huhu.
I cooked a grade A egg today, woah, never ate such a large egg? My mum used to buy grade c egg, grade A was way too much I think. The fried egg was half of my plate, hahaha.
My friend recommended me to have an egg to be cooked with the noodles. Normally I will cook noodles and fried egg in two different utensils. However, she insisted to let me to cook both noodles and egg in the same pot. She said, later on you can taste both egg and noodle in one bite. Let’s try her recipe next time!
