Found this beauty in a restaurant called "Heart" in Ebisu (Tokyo, Japan). A scrumptious chocolate cake, crispy underneath and creamy on top, crowned with a ball of vanilla cream, and bathed in custard sauce and strawberry jam.
This cake looks like it's taunting me and daring me to take a first bite!
