This is my story of getting in to crypto.
I was doing an accounting internship after finishing my degree and one day my boss was talking about bitcoins and i was listening to that conversation as i didn't have much work to do. I was doing photocopying and scanning for most of the time and i had plenty of free time at the office. So i started to google about bitcoins and i was amazed by the growth its had over the years. Certainly it was better than stocks. At that time i didn't know anything about altcoins. I was just researching on Bitcoins.
After a while my interest on bitcoins was faded away as i got busier and my internship was ended and yeah they did not offer me a job at that place. So i was back to my normal routine. Couple of months went by and out of the blue, one day i saw a video about bitcoins on YouTube and i was blown away after seeing the tremendous growth it had for those two months. Then i started to dig deep in to it. I watched 1000s of videos on YouTube and some days i spent over 12 hours just researching about cryptocurrencies.
I started to follow many YouTubers and read about different coins and projects and finally i created an account on Bittrex and started investing. It was a hard time as I didn't know how to buy bitcoins and buying bitcoins isn't easy if you are new to the market. However, after my initial investment, i did couple of more investments and currently holding it for the long term. I do not believe in day trading and i believe you can get more return if you hold them.
