I didn’t come from crypto. I went into real estate marketing, doing what most marketers do: selling listings, writing copy, and trying to get people interested in property.
I started hearing more and more about crypto and blockchain at some point. I was curious. Not in a “get rich quick” kind of way, but in a “how does this work, actually” kind of way. So I began to read and watch and ask questions. The more I looked into it, the more I realized this wasn't just a trend. It was an entirely new way of thinking about money, ownership, and opportunity—especially for people like me, living in Nigeria.
That curiosity grew into something bigger. I began making content about the things I was learning. First, simple explainers, then deeper dives into blockchain concepts, Web3, and crypto news. In hindsight, the marketing skills I developed in real estate didn’t go to waste—knowing how to tell a story, hold attention, and explain something in a way people understand carried over entirely.
It is on this shift that I rebuilt my brand. I was CryptoMasterNG everywhere—Binance Square, BULB, and my Telegram channel. And I got some certifications along the way, a Google Digital Marketing cert and a Binance Academy AI Agents Fundamentals cert, to back up what I was teaching with real knowledge.
Still running 157+ posts later. Now I'm moving to Hive, looking for platforms that will not only allow me to create but also fairly reward my efforts, especially as a creator based in Nigeria where traditional methods of payout are not always reliable.
The shift from house seller to blockchain instructor was not a premeditated one, but in retrospect, each move made sense. My job now is simple: turn crypto and blockchain into something that everyday Nigerians and Africans can actually understand and use, not just something they hear about and feel left out of.
Still learning. In construction. This is just one of the chapters.
