Yes, it's Mylor Crowling, from Earth Splinter pack, Dice Edition with annoying Thorns ability!
But, there is a solution for him or an antidote... As thorns work only if you attack with Melee monsters, so pick wisely your deck when you play against the opponent who uses Mylor!
