Wonderful Outdoor Seating
We took advantage of the sunny weather and sat outside to enjoy the fresh spring air. It was better than sitting inside. We visited after a late lunch so there were no other customers.
Menu
The menu was set up for sharing. At the top is the number of people to share with (and the price). Below is extra toppings to suit anyone's extra need.
Making Kunefe
First check out this awesome spinning cooktop.
Fine noodles made from flour and water is cooked on the pan.
It gets flipped!
It gets soaked with sugar syrup. Watch the bubbles sizzling away.
Dig In
The Künefe was very sweet and delicious. It was chewy from the mozzarella type cheese. On the side we had milk and fruit. In addition we also had a small piece of ice cream
In Turkey they say Afeatulson: which means enjoy your meal, like Bon Appetit.
