For today's sketch, I went back to my roots and drew a tree like I did during early grade school. Back then, we drew trees to understand the fundamentals of natural flow and the basic principals of shadows. By the way, I'm still loving my fancy new touch-pad!

The tree in my drawing does not actually exist, it was created using my basic understanding of trees and I'm sure you'll notice imperfections, but as we all know, nature isn't always perfect.
