Hello Splinterlands players, I hope you have a nice day! The Arena Vanguard cards are already regularly playing in the Frontier. The Arena Vanguard cards are stronger than the run of the mill Foundation cards. They maybe stronger than the legendary cards in the set. I used to win against Arena Vanguard card but now at higher levels, they are a game changer. I had a win against a level one Jolius Blast in the past.

That was because at level one, he doesn't have his Enrage ability yet and a max level Frankarsgard can still fight against him. At level two is a different story where he also has Enrage and his advantage in attack and health will make the difference. I can't imagine how this card will dominate once he is at max level when he gets Retaliate.

Level two Jolius Blast is simply stronger than a maximum level Frankarsgard. In the above fight, the main difference is the tank and Jolius Blast is too strong even at level two. Imagine how Jolius will dominate when he is at maximum level.

Against my magic team, the Jolius's power is even more pronounced because he has Void ability. Include that with his Enrage and that's a combination of defense and offensive abilities against my magic team. What's worse, he has a second Arena Vanguard card who is good against magic. Buns the Unseen is another strong card who has Void Armor defense against magical attacks.

So if you want to dominate the Frontier, have at least a level two Jolius Blast or get him to maximum level to experience his full power.
