Good day, summoners! This is @zusi78.
Today, after completing my three daily Frontier Ranked sets, the game rewarded me with Jolius Blast.
Two of the eight Arena Vanguard cards. In the space of a single day.
What This Actually Means.
The Arena Vanguard is not a traditional pack release. These eight cards (seven Rare units + one Legendary Dragon Archon) were designed as a community-driven set, inspired by streamers and creators who have poured energy into Splinterlands for years. They drop through a mix of streamer giveaways, community events, Lux’s Favor Wheel, the Spark Shop, and — crucially for most of us — Frontier rewards.
Buns the Unseen@bunsbagsandcaps).
Jolius Blast @iblast). Both are high-mana Giants with strong unique ability packages that fit perfectly into the current Foundations-only environment.
The player who shows up every day and completes the sets is the one who keeps feeding the 5% chance (or whatever the exact internal rate is) that these limited cards can appear in the reward pool. That is exactly what happened here.
The Bigger Picture for the Community.
This is the purest form of the Frontier philosophy working as intended:
In a little over six weeks since the set dropped, the community has already started seeing these cards circulate through regular play. When that happens, the cards stop being pure lottery tickets and start becoming real tools that strengthen the overall Frontier meta and give more players access to the same high-impact units the streamers are featuring.
I am genuinely grateful. Not just for the cards, but for the reminder that showing up still matters in this game.
To everyone grinding Frontier Ranked right now: keep completing those sets. The odds are real, and the community is already being rewarded for consistency.

For me , this is progress 😃.
Let take a look at the market value of these cards especially Buns The Unseen and Jolius Blast.
Currently, at level 1 and at one copy,Buns The Unseen,is been sold for $2.18.
Now I have combined all three of my copies of Buns the Unseen.
If I were to sell it right now, it would go for $6.54 (as shown below 👇).
My goal is to take him to Level 2 so I can unlock the Void Armor ability. This makes him a much more formidable card against many different elements — opponents have to get through his strong armor before they can even touch his health. That’s a big advantage in my opinion.
Another great plus is that he’s a Neutral card, so he can be used by any summoner.
Who else has pulled Arena Vanguard cards through pure Frontier play? Drop your stories below — I’d love to hear them.
Onward, summoners.
The arena rewards those who keep walking into it.
