Tree saw mishap

Today I cut a limb and it didn't go well. Climbed a ladder up to saw but I don't trust ladders. So I sat in the tree at pt 1 and cut. Limb fell and knocked my ladder down. Then I dropped the saw, it landed tip first at pt 2 & damaged it. I climbed down. I'm ok tho.
