Saludos amigos de #Hive y de #SWC En este post les comparto loo que fue mi tarde de est谩ticos, estuve practicando plancha, front lever y back lever, todo esto lo probe tanto en la barra fija como en la paralela. Es bueno que practique estos elementos ya que es mi punto d茅bil.
