if you are asked and have to choose, which one is better than the words below?

  1. she is beautiful, but a widow, or
  2. she is young, but beautiful?

The word "but" is indeed sensual and dangerous if used in an inappropriate way. in communicating for example, "I really love you. But you don't understand my feelings?

well in the sentence above, the first sentence "I really love you", it's just bullshit. Why? because the word "But" removes all pre-existing assumptions.

another example, "you are handsome, but smelly". In that sentence, what everyone will always remember is the word BAU. understand what it means?

The question is, what if we use this for sales?

For example, "Sir, how come the product is so expensive..." what is your answer?
For me, I actually use his sentence as a capital in answering his complaints or objections, for example: "Oh yes, the product is expensive, right? And you certainly know that the quality of the expensive product is guaranteed, sir. And so on.

the point is don't use the word "BUT" because the word but will give a signal that you don't agree with what the prospect is saying. if there is a difference, it will be difficult to sell.

Then, when can we use the sensual power of the word "but"?
when you want to argue, corner people, and other negative things. Of course you don't want to do negative things, right?
so, usually avoid using sensual "but" sentences

Remember: all the sentences that come before the word "but" will be deleted automatically by the sentence that we put after it. that's how sensual the word BUT in communication
