Curious question to my "entrepreneur" friends.
How do you feel about employees?
I ask because I see so many "anti employee" posts from "entrepreneurs" basically demeaning the value of a person that works for a business.
If you consider yourself a real entrepreneur and you do not have employees. You are the employee.
If you are an entrepreneur and you do have employees but don't appreciate them, you won't be in business long.
If you are an entrepreneur and you value that your employees see your vision and want to win along side you together. The skies the limit.
What kind of "entrepreneur" are you?
