Yummy pancakes!!!!

Hello my dearest foodies!!, am so happy today am a back to my friends and my yummy dishes, it's long time when I stopped blogging, because these 3 months I was so busy with my small baby, now he has 6 months, he become so sweet and a cute, I hope Allah protect him.
So today I made a delicious pancakes, they are really great, especially I used a simple ingredients that am sure it's available in every home, and so easy, I will share the recipe with you and I hope you like it.
To prepare these yummy pancakes you need:

• 225 flour
• 250 liquid milk
• 2 whole eggs
• 1 zest of orange or lemon
• 1 vanilla
• punch of salt
• 8 gms of baking powder
• 2 tablespoons and half of sugar
• 6 tablespoons of oil
  _ mix the eggs with the sugar and vanilla and salt until the mixture change it color, then add the oil and zest of orange, add the flour little by little and the baking powder.
  _ cook the pancakes in slow heat for not burn after turn it in the other side until get a good color.

Voila my pancakes are ready!!!
