Nature is one of the best medicine. Whenever I might feel a bit sad, overwhelmed or preocupied, I turn off and recharge my batteries. This was one of these days.
As I have mentioned in one of my last posts, I ordered 3 books of Harriet Lerner. I finished reading two of them already (one is about how to have better fights in a relationship when you feel mad, sad, despaired etc and one is about changing the patterns of personal relationships, including with your own family) and some of the things she said there made me wonder about other things.
I am processing as we speak and it is not easy. I will not enter into the details now, but I guarantee you that after I will review these books you will surely want to read them. Rarely a book can turn me upside down. Harriet Lerner's books did....
The park was gorgeous today. I visited another area of it, which requires you to pay a small 1€ fee to enter. It started raining and I loved it even more. I took just simple random photos with my phone. The smell.... The air.... I wonder how come people decided they wanted city life. I would love to live in harmony with nature rather than hearing ambulance noises in the morning, in the night and all of the other noises you get in the city.
The rain was such a bonus. As I was walking in the park I could feel the rain dropping on my arms and I loved it. I dared to sniff some flowers and defy my allergy💪😂 I loved doing that too.
The more I do my walks in nature the more I realise how much my inner hippie Mary craves to get out of city life. On this one, I have to agree with her...
P. S. Tomorrow 8 a.m. Est Time (Romania) I will be live again on Twitch as usual talking about a book. This time I picked a book which surprised me more. I only need a partner with whom I will be able to go through the book and make some exercises. He will come, someday, I am sure.
The book is famous. John Gottman :The seven principles for making marriage work. A must read for anyone considering a desire to have a family. Someday.
