I have finally made the switch from a 0.25 mm isograph to a 0.1 mm isograph. With this 0.1 mm rotring isograph I have finished this 18 hour project. The grasshopper made in pointillism style. Super realistic.

I started a whole series with insects, starting from april until now. I plan to continue it until 2020 ends.
I love nature and the world of insects. I find their beauty to be unique, precisely because they are so tiny. It takes a closer look and further analysis to observe the details of greatness in an insect.
This started with a basic sketch and then I followed the contour and shading.
I loved doing this piece and at the end I was very proud of the result.
