Wow Vincent I never thought of it that way...now that you say it, it makes me reflect on things. As I did had times in my life when I had to commute by train...and it was therapeutic in the sense of just allowing myself to have the mental space to think. Interesting.
I value and respect anyone who is open to change. We can't grow if we remain the same and we do the same things in the same environments with the same people. Change is scary as it definetely shakes the comfort zone.
I feel right with this therapist and I do this for myself first and second for healing some wounds from the past relationship. Overall I think that it is never too late to question our old story about life as it happened and make new narratives. It is not easy for me at all and I just think of the end result to power me through this because in the end I believe that I am a great woman that will be a blessing in some man's life at a particular moment in the future. And working on myself is the best way to make sure that I come better and more healed and stronger in all of my future interactions.
Big hug to you too Vincent🤗🤗
