If the Easter bunny should think about what I would like as a gift, he would definetely bring me joy by offering me books. I decided to be my own bunny this year and order some new titles as I am getting pretty close to finishing the previous batch that I ordered. Books don't come cheap and a big part of my budget goes into their purchase. I never regret it as I consider that the best investment is in myself and the nurture of my mind. I rather give up a fancy dress and buy a book instead.
I am mainly drawn by real life stories of people who managed to overcome adversity and remain human, kind and humble. I also like books about neuroscience, relationships, cosmos and economics.
I enjoy books which empower you, which make you want to be your best self and teach you how to control your mind and emotions. I also love it when a book challenges me to make a paradigm shift in my mentality and question the way I decide to think.
I can't wait to dive into these and share my insights with you in my upcoming book review videos.
