In the United States, in recent history, our government made a radical move to revolutionize our healthcare "system." Of course, just in that one sentence there is much to debate about the negative and positive implications, since this is such an important issue that has such great consequences.
My goal with this series is to illustrate my personal quest to improve my healthcare and to keep its costs to a minimum, but I also want to accumulate information, resources, and processes that others can use.
There is no one clear way for people to improve their general health and pay for it. Some do everything they can to avoid paying for "traditional (repair)" care. Others cannot avoid it, like the injured or elderly. So that is why I am selected a path that will hopefully give me the most bang for my buck and a definitive focus - a focus on personal experience. In that light, I will proceed in a traditional periodic blog format. Since I am new to this platform, and since this a newly formed idea for me, I may stray from that format from time to time.
