Gooday crafters, it's me again your Cebuana crafters .I'ma so sorry I can't post about my crochet for now ,you know it consumes a lot of time creating crochet stuff so right now allow me to share this memorable moments happen to me during Easter Sunday yes that's right this was happen during Easter Sunday.
Together with my cousins and siblings we went to our coconut farm in the province.We already know that if we went home we will never forget to have some time with our relatives from the city,so to enjoy more we decide to have some lamaw ( I don't know the English term for this ) but it's kind of fresh buko juice with the coconut inside the young coconut then mixed it with some milk and biscuits and thierwe go we called this lamaw.
We made so much fun this time even though the weather is so hot but we can't missed the moment not to join them and socialized with them also.
My brother volunteer to climb to coconut tree ,first he hesitate to climb but he has no choice to do then.Hes friend also climb the coconut tree so that many young coconut they get .
See the beauty of our coconut farm ,it feels so relaxing the air is so fresh the view at so green no buildings and cars you see but only green leafy trees and grasses you see . If your stress and need some fresh I bet you to come and relax in the province it is the most beautiful therapy you should take for life .
After they reach on top of the coconut tree they get one young coconut tree and they told us to crack one to make it sure if it is a butong or in English young and it is good to eat though.So we chop it then their it's perfect.So we pull out all the young coconut and started to crack them all and gather in red jar together with the juice of coconut and we also started to kuskus ,( scratch) the coconut inside the shell.
My youngest sister is enjoying scratching the coconut this is her first time doing this so I just give it away to her and let her explore and I guess she's doing good with it ,I also help id course to make your thing fast you should help it one another for faster production.
Then ,after we are done gather all the coconut inside the jar we went home to mixed all the ingredients we wanted to mixed like the condensed milk and biscuits.That is the most cheap but yummiest ingredients you have if you and you friends or even tour family can afford this as long as you have young coconut the main ingredients for this.
Almost a year since I experience this because you know I've been in the city figure out how to earn money and I missed all the activities I've experienced when I was young leaving in the province,that is why I feels so excited everytime I went home to my hometown and it feels like Iam safe and home like literally home for good . That is why I told you never forget where you came from appreciate the origin of you and the home you called a family because for me this is the best place could we ever have .So much drama.
Trivia: did you know that coconut juice can cleanse our body by drinking this every morning makes burn all the unhealthy fats inside and can reduce illness as well .so you see my uncle really loves coconut juice because for him it's a natural remedies for the body illnesses.
After we mixed all the ingredients we chilled it first since we don't have any fridge ( how could you bring fridge in the middle of the farm right?) so yes we just brought a 3 peso ice cube in the store
After a couple of hours I bet it ready to serve and eat perfect for hot weather and enjoy ever sip of the lamaw.
You've definitely love and enjoy this kind of dessert especially it's summer time and we Filipinos loves to discover foods that satisfies your tastes and it's a unique culture that we Filipinos loves food so much the native foods that we have and right know we contenui to appreciate it even now and then.
