Today guys let's refresh our mind. Let's have a drink of Buko Lamaw ~ a refreshing coconut drink or dessert that is popular in the land of Philippines.
Before anything else, let's take a look at the progress first of our ongoing recycled materials gown for a cause. Our College days officially starts on Monday and we're still getting it done, just few classmates working on it...
This is a plastic bag which is for the waist to cover up, special thanks to our classmates who came in to help us. this was yesterday update and today they we're still trying to finish it.
After a tiring day of preparation and planning, one of my classmate talks about Lamaw which is coconut mixed with milk and biscuits (sopas) perfect for a satisfying drink. So, we went to their house and this was what we did, I helped rub the coconut and out it in a box and after that we mixed all the necessary ingredients for today's refreshing drink.
This is what we have, and one of my classmate sponsored our malunggay pandesal perfect match I didn't even have my dinner, it was all good enough for a tummy to satisfy.
A photo remembrance, not only because of food but this will remain a memory for these people who are part of journey as we build something out from a recycled materials, trying to save the environment from this waste. I will forever cherish this moment that we had, I marked this day September 18, 2026. To God be the glory for these heart of my classmates for supporting our candidate and my one of the closest friend in my circle of friend (lunch buddies).
Beyond grateful for this experience and it will always hold a special place in my heart. Stay tuned guyss, we're almost there on the result of our Recycled Gown.
